Open InvoiceFlow on the Mac → Scanning → Phone scanning, then open the private phone link here.

Place the page flat on a darker surface, with all four corners visible and no shadows.
Check the crop
Drag each corner to the edge of the paper. Keep all totals, dates and text inside the crop.
Keyboard / precise corner adjustment
Photos are cropped on your phone. Nothing uploads until you tap Send.
What happens next?
Your Mac collects the scan and reads the supplier and total locally, without ChatGPT credits. Check the suggested details in InvoiceFlow → Scanning before saving.
No scan is marked paid or sent to QuickBooks automatically. Keep the Mac running to process incoming scans.
